When one hears one of your favourite films is about to get a sequel, certain thoughts run through one’s mind. Whether it will better or ruin its prequel is usually one’s main concern.

Aandklas recently put together a solid show of some of the Cape Town-Stellenbosch rock ‘n roll scene’s most promising musicians.

The Devil’s Cartel is the third iteration of the franchise and is set in Mexico, taking a substantial step away from its predecessors in gameplay and features.

The Ballistic Blues EP launch was a vibrant and electric experience. The band fused old school rock with authentic blues that kept the audience wanting more, and Aandklas was packed to celebrate the release of their self-titled 5-track EP. It was an event that represented SA’s new culture wonderfully.
